Farming Methods

OUR FAVORITES

CASCADE

Famously citrus-like, particularly ruby red grapefruit, with prominent floral tones. Medium intensity.

COMET

Punchy and bright tangerine and grapefruit citrus gives way to secondary lemon grass, eucalyptus, and floral notes.

CRYSTAL

Mild, sweet, and delicate. Highly floral with touch of noble spice such as cinnamon and black pepper.

PENNSYLVANIA TERROIR

When you think of the finest hop growing regions in the world, Pennsylvania doesn't get the credit it deserves, but it certainly has it's own distinctive traits that will make any blend in to a great brew.
